RETURNS:
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase reception, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
This includes used mugs, damaged items, collectibles, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, RINGADDICT offers a store credit, without expiry for all change of mind or incorrect sizing returns. The credit note will be issued for the product cost if the garment is returned in its original condition with tags attached.

Please note; you will not be credited for your initial shipping fee, nor compensated for return postage fee. This is up to the buyer to ship the return goods back to RINGADDICT.

Items for exchange MUST adhere to the following policy:

1. Returned with original tags attached and packaging 

2. Have no sign of wear, stains, body odor, perfumes or machine washing detergents

3. Returned within 10 business days of receiving your order

5. Sale items cannot be returned/exchanged and are FINAL sales when purchasing

6. Swimwear, jewelry & lingerie cannot be refunded under any circumstances due to hygiene standards.

Note:  Free Offers/Giveaways - Any "Free + Shipping" offers must be canceled within 24 hours of your order.  Free items are non-refundable once shipped.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, due to pricing and shipping reasons, in most cases, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@ringaddict.com

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
